I shut down my sure signal and netgear router for two weeks while on holiday. Now I am back, I can no longer connect my iPhone 4.
Resetting it, I get 3 out of 4 lights- power, connectivity & service OK, not users
I only have one vodafone phone connecting to the sure signal

Thanks. It pulls up a "My Suresignal button", but that doesn't do anything.
I am also trying to update my profile with my email address. On each occasion I try this, I get
Validation Errors
Sure Signal serial number is 21197090604

If you can provide the details LeeH has requested we'll be happy to look into things.
I'll answer your Sure Signal/My Account question in the meantime. If yours is the owner number for the Sure Signal, then once you've logged in, click the "My Sure Signal" link at the bottom centre of the page. You'll then see any registered Sure Signals you have control over.
