I had problems registering my brand new Smart Signal V3.
An online chat with support seemed to clear the problem but for two very strange text message. These said:
David Lalljee's has removed you from their Sure Signal in postcode xxxxxx
Followed a few moments later by:
You can now use David Lalljee's Sure Signal at postcode xxxxxx
Can anyone explain why a brand new Sure Signal might have been registered to this strange person?
Will I have a problem if I try to de-register at some time in future?

Hi
I've read other posts where people get that text because they've moved location of the Sure Signal.
I don't think you'll have any issues but if you want peace of mind I'm sure customer service on 191 or Live Chat can help.
