Hi Team,
Urgent Please,
I have just returned from Newbury and my phones are not connecting to my Sure Signal V3, I have followed all the reset procedures, add and remove of numbers everything.
Please do a remote re-sync / reset from your end, I am MIsiing VITAL business calls... Serial Number 42152522241

I've checked the serial number provided and can see this connected with our servers shortly after you posted.
I've also resynched your SureSignal to ensure everything is up to date.
If you're still having issues, please reset the SureSignal and let me know what lights you're seeing once it's settled (usually after six hours).

Thanks David, i saw it resetting, its now reconnected and I can make calls again.
