My sure signal 1 stopped working on my wife's phone a few days ago, we reset it using the instructions in the troubleshooting guide, now my phone also has no signal. The 1st, 2nd and 4th lights are on but the 3rd is not, I have read previous threads about the phones not having 3G signal and to go to the device pages on the website, however there is no information about 3G on the device pages!
Can you please advise what we should do next.

Please let us know the following:
Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
