Sure Signal 2 cannot add user

HI cannot add a specific user to sure signal. vodafone tech please help.

Very unhelpful. I know how to do it. I have added users. But one specific number won't register. I suspect it is because the number was ported recently but I'm talking 6 weeks not a few days. I've suspect you will now advise me to contact web chat so they can add it manually. If so how can I do that if it is never available ?

Error codes are 500 and 2011.
