Hi,
I have the Sure Signal 2 device that was working just fine until I moved. Since I moved I got a new internet provider and it is not working at all.
Here is what I tried:
1. Registering and deregistering the device
2. Changing out the routers (tried Apple Airport express now using Netgear R7000
3. Changin out the ethernet cable
4. Resetuhe device at the back of the box
Ethernet is plugged and the lights are working in the back. On the front of the unit I get both lights flashing.
The serial for the unit is: 40113003988
Can you please see if there is anything you can do on your end to resync the unit?
Thanks

Hi,
O2 DSL was my old supplier. The new one is Plusnet Fibre (using BT infrastructure). The router is a Netgear R7000 but also tried with a default Plusnet one and Apple Airport Express.
Thanks,

Did plusnet send you a technicolour one or something else?
I recently set one up on plusnet with the technicolour and it worked out of the box with no config needed.
On the netgear, in the security/firewall settings area, are there any tick boxes for VPN Passthrough that you can enable?
For the reset of the unit, did you just press the reset button?
To do a full one, press and hold reset then carry on pressing while you pull the power cable out, keep pressing for another 10 seconds, plug power back in, wait another 10 and release.
This should then attempt to download the config files from vodafone again.
