Hi
We recently upgraded phones to iPhone 5s and now neither of them will connect via sure signal. We have changed the owner and unregistered/re-registered both the SS and the mobile numbers as per other threads. We have also carried out a factory reset. We have a SS 3, solid red bar and the first two lights are solid white. Dashboard under "My Sure Signal" says active.
Serial number is 40131976868
Can you please try to re-sync from your end as we have zero signal in the house without SS

Hi duffinvestor,
I've arranged a resync for you now, please do a reset to complete the process.
-Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
-Once the lights come back on, release the button.
