My sure signal is just 18 months old and was working fine until a few months ago. For some reason, whilst all the lights are working and there seems to be no issue, my mobile phone still doesn't have full strenght network coverage as it did before.
Tried to reset the sure signal and then the phone has full coverage, but come back the next day and the same issue applies.
Vodafone suggested switching to 3 G - that doesn't work. Spent ages on the phone with them and no joy.
I am missing calls or people can't hear me because the signal is so bad - not great since I paid for a product that seems not to be doing what it said it does.
The only suggestion was to upgrade to a new sure signal - at a cost.
Any suggestions - using a Windows Nokia phone

Edit : The Sure Sugnal Devices have two year manufacturing warranties.
Do you have any other phones registered on the Sure Signal and if so do they show the same symptoms ?

Just less than 2 years old, but given to me by the company who employed me at the time, so i am not sure how long they had it but it was new and they hadn't registered it.
one other mobile is registered and it is having the same issue. Frankly not keen on buying another one if what I see on the forum is a good indication of the service.

Thanks, i will try this and had already looked SS troubleshooting threads, but most seem to be around iPhones. Many people in my area are leaving Vodafone due to the poor signal, which is a laugh considering we are only 20 miles away from HQ!!
Contract up for renewall in August and I think we will be moving - sorry
