Hi All,
My Sure Signal 3 seems to have died completely ... no lights ... what can be done? No external forces have been applied at this end ... it's just stopped!
I've picked up up a need for some information from previous threads, so I've run some tests and the outputs are below:
Speed Test:
ping 10 ms
Download speed 25.99 mbps
upload speed 17.64 mbps
Ping test 24 ms
Jitter 1ms
Unable to test packet loss
Server distance 400 miles
External IP 92.12.92.44
Traceroute results: None.
Lights: No Lights
Help please?

Just to note the Sure Signal device comes with a 24 month warranty.

I've checked the information you've provided and it all seems fine on our end. Can you let us know the serial number of your Sure Signal?
Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location to see if you have the same results.
If you still have no lights on at all, it sounds like your device is faulty. As long as your Sure Signal is still in warranty, we can replace this for you.
