Hi
Went away on holiday for 2 weeks and unplugged pc and sure signal regrettably and now it doesn't work.
Have called contact centre for past three days waiting 24 hours each time but despite following troubleshooting it still doesn't work so thought I would try here.
Apparently it has been resynced and I have done the hard reset and opened ports as requested.
Sure Signal 3 only has the red power light on permanently, no other lights are showing flashing or otherwise.
I am with Sky and have fibre broadband
Speedtest 34.40 Mbps Down and 9.09 Mbps Up

EDIT SS3 has also been assigned an ip address. Also holding the rest button for up to 2 mins does nothing, no lights flash or blink

Hi Listered,
Can you try a different Ethernet cable to see if this helps? If no lights are showing then there doesn't appear to be any connection to the Internet.
If this doesn't help then we need to rule out a fault with the Sure Signal. Can you try it on a different connection (at a friend or family member's house) and let us know the outcome?

I have connected another ethernet cable as suggested but still no luck. Strange is connection is router > sure signal > pc and the pc has a connection just fine.
The lights are also flashing on both ports on the sure signal and on the router.
Will try sure signal at a friends as sugested and report back.
