Solution

Sure Signal 3 no incoming calls

woodster123

A couple of problems with my Sure Signal 3:

1.  Outgoing calls ok but incoming calls get "number you have dialled is unavailable" after approx 10 secs.

2.  Every 7-10 days the Internet light starts flashing and won't stop.  Fix for that one is de/re-registering but it's a pain adding all the users back in.

Any fixes?  When the Sure Signal works it's great but seems to decide to stop working at the most inconvenient times.

@woodster123

Is the Sure Signal still working? Are you also able to receive calls now?

As your traceroute has come back as failed, this may be due to an issue with the router.

Please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.

We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.

Yes it is working now.

Why would I want to try it in someone else's house?  I need it to work in MY house

this is what I am getting, I can make calls but cant recieve calls or texts.

@amadmalik

Please post the Sure Signal serial number and the sequence of lights displayed.

Is this issue the same for all users?

If not, remove your number from the Sure Signal, reset it and add your number back on.
