Sure Signal Availability

Having contracted Vodafone and discovered that I have poor reception in my house I have been trying to buy a Sure Signal from the Vodafone web page since the beginning of December 2014. I have had no success at all as the site refuses to take the order. Vodafone informed me in December that the item was not in stock and would be available at end December. End of January now and still no result. If it is not in stock then why not make this clear on the webpage.

Anyone know what's going on and when the website will take an order?
