Before you start down the path that most fear to tread (aka: Vodafone Support) you may find that it is simply a blown PSU. Which version of SureSignal is it?

Great. Except I cannot find the link to get it repaired. I am stuck in a useless loop.
And a store is too far from me to be practical.

Hi, my suresignal V3 has blown to. I bought it in March 2014. I went to the local store and they said it was out of warranty. I have just check Vodafones website which states that "Except for Apple products, all devices come with our standard 24-month warranty.". surely the Sursignal is a device and should be under warranty still?

Except as is often the case, the link provided doesn't work. It gives access denied. Not very useful!
