I have a replacement sure signal box. Do I need to re register it? Or get it activated?

If you deregister your old Sure Signal, then register your new one, it should come online within a couple of hours. 

Don't forget to turn your phone(s) off and on again, so that they pick up the new Sure Signal details. :Smiling:
