Hi there,
Am new to the forumn. I have recently taken over the management of my clients Vodafone Sure Signal devices. We currently have 3 to manage. However 1 of those 3 devices appears to have never been managed. No body i have spoken to is aware of anything relating to it. Is there a way to get this device so that it can be added to my account for management.
Also i have been trying to resync the device. but all it seems to do is flash the power light.
If anyone has any ideas or pointers in who to contact to get this device on my Vodafone account and also to help me resync.
Many many thanks.

Hi cg084,
You can add the SureSignal through the your companies My Account area.
For more details see here.
If the Sure Signal is already registered post the serial number of the device here and one of the team can check whats happening with it.

Hi cg084 and colindotmorris
Thanks for your posts. If the Sure Signal is already registered and you've purchased or received them via a third party then you will need to contact the original owner to de-register the device. This can only be done by the original owner or we can only de-register them with the original owners permission.
If you could ask the original owner to de-register the devices or contact us we'll be able to de-register it for them.
Thanks
Simon

Hi, I'm a corporate user and have today been given a sure signal box by my comms administrator, it has been previously used by someone else in the organisation who has now left, but remains registered to them as I am getting the classic "already registered" error when trying to set up for myself. Can you please release the registration of device serial no: 40114255652 so that I can register as the new user. Thanks

I had a sure signal on an old account which is now cancelled I have just pluged it in and found it is still registered to the old account. I cannot log in but I know all the details of account how do I get it deregistered. The Sure Signal Serial number is 21230025898 and the movile number it was attached to was (mobile removed) registered at the same address as my current mobile. Can you deregister it for me? I can provide whatever information you need by secure email. THanks
David

As has been mentioned in many threads, due to data protection, only the person who has the device registered to their account can get the Sure Signal Deregistered.
As you know the previous owners information, you can contract the person and ask them to contact Vodafone but Vodafone cannot make contact.
The Tech Team need to edit out the owners information above, this is a public forum.

Hi Ackers1967,
As AnnS has mentioned, we can only deregister the Sure Signal at the original account holder's request. Is the old account yours or someone else's?
If it was your account previously, then click here to get us your details and we'll get this sorted. If not, then you'd need to get the old owner to contact us.
