What light sequence:
Light 1 = Constant
Light 2 - becomes constant for a few minutes after flashing
Light 4 - flashes after Light 2 becomes constant. But does not connect.

@nieland I've checked your Sure Signal and can see it hadn't configured correctly on our server.
I've updated your settings and resynced your device to help resolve your issue.
Please allow 6 hours for your Sure Signal to obtain a connection and to start working again.
Let us know if the issue continues.

I've got exactly the same problem.
I replaced old iPhone 5 with iPhone 6 & tried to change registry on suresignal. Old blackberry still worked, but new iPhone 6 didn't. And still doesn't. I've spent MANY hours on LIVECHAT with no explanation. I even bought a new suresignal and that doesn't work either. It just flashes "setting up" or "can't access Vodafone". Also, website won't allow new users to be added.
Feedback is wholly unacceptable.
The solution, of course, is to provide a better signal. BTW, I live in central London.
Old serial no. 21196953414 . New serial no. 42164450118

Thank you for looking at this, but I am afraid it has made no difference (I am now back at the site). Have done a hard reset some 7 hours ago, and the light sequence is still the same. No synchronisation.
Please advise!
Thank you.

Hi nieland,
Your serial number indicates to me that you have a V1 Sure Signal.
If this is the case, your symptom of the cycling lights indicate a degraded power supply.
Options open to you ......
Firstly have a look around for a 12 volt D.C. power supply with a capacity of at least 1.5 Amps and the correct connector that you could try to prove that the fault is the power supply. Such units can be found on appliances like external hard drives, printers, monitors,
routers etc.
Or you can obtain a new power unit from Amazon or Ebay for around £10 -12 including delivery. Just search for "Sure Signal power supply"
Regards,
Mike.
