Sure Signal GPS

My suresignal can't pick up the right GPS address. It says I live in miniminchamption rather than my actual location. How do I solve this becuase it affects my device manager so I can't track down my Galaxy S4 if I lose it.

Hi there

I am not sure how much Vodafone will be able to do about this.  As I understand it, because you are routing the calls through your broadband via the SureSignal, it will pick up on the location that is given by your ISP.  This could be many miles away from your home address.

Well the thing is my home broadband tracks me to my proper location if it's over wifi. But the suresignal routes me to somewhere I've never even heard of.

Can you check the postcode that's registered to the Sure Signal to make sure it's definitely correct? 

We had the exact same query last week and this was the issue.
