Hi I have a version 3 and have followed the fault finding thread -I have a flashing red power light, no internet light and steady orange in service & in use lights.
Following the thread my data is as follows:

We experienced some Sure Signal issues earlier in the week that have now been resolved.
So we can rule out these issues as the problem, please power down your router and Sure Signal device for 10 minutes before powering them back on.
If this doesn't resolve the issues, please try connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.
We'll then be able to determine if the problems are specific to your location and router or with the Sure Signal itself.
It's also worth trying another Ethernet cable so we can make sure the fault isn't with the cable.
