Hi
COuld you advise if there has been a SS service outage in TA11 postcode area, have run through all troubleshooting for SS and Modem and router and still can not get SS working. Currentlly have lights 1,2 solid, good broadband can ping SS however unit will reset its self and reboot. Reading the posts could you confirm service status. If it is not service outage please advise of next troubleshooting steps?
