I recently purchased a Sure Signal due to no network coverage in my area. I am in the process of registering my device on my online account, however when I type in my postcode it is not found on the Vodafone database meaning I cannot continue with the set up. Still no further forward...

I had a similar problem and got onto the helpline. We ended up using a postcode for buildings a few hundred meters away which the system accepted. I just hope I don't need to call 999!

@lauraharrison92 - If you enter a nearby postcode instead, you can continue with the registration.
If you’re in a new postcode area, this should be updated soon.
