Sure Signal Problem - Serial Number

Hi,

I have a Version 1 Sure Signal Box, which I've had from new.

Serial Number is : 21196916288

There are 2 numbers on my Vodafone Account, and apparently the Sure Signal Box isn't registered under either - as in I can't see it in my account. It just ask me to register one.

I can't add my Sure Signal box as it says the serial number is already in use. The problem is that I can't de-register it as it doesn't come up on my Vodafone account?!

The signal box is working for the current users, and it's currently sat in front of me working - so it's obviously working and registered to someone?!

Now I only have one vodafone account, so it should definitely be registered to my account! 

All I wanted to do was add a new number/user onto it!

Hi James,

That is strange. If you're the registered user, you should be able to add numbers via My Vodafone.

It is strange - but it definitely doesn't show under 'My Sure Signal'.

I've just filled in that form which you sent to me, hopefully you'll be able to sort it.
