I have bought a sure signal device a few days ago and registered it. Works fine on my phone. I have added my partners phone number and it 'sees' full signal but when trying to make a call it says 'no access to network'.
I have tried the following so far,
1. Un registered and re registered
2. Reset the sure signal
3. Un registered and registered using my partners number as the owner, she can then use it and I have the same 'no access to network'
It appears that only the owners number works and others do not, even though the receive the text message saying that it is all set up.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Hi,
Can you try toggling off any 4G setting to force the phone onto 3G which is what the Sure Signal pushes out.

@norwich_ben I can see that your Vodafone Sure Signal updated on our servers this morning (15 November 2016).
I've resynced your Sure Signal, by resyncing your device, this will ensure all the numbers you're trying to use are alligned correctly on our server.
Please allow 6 hours to pass before resetting your device.
