Hi
Just a suggestion.
It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues. Even if lights / power are showing. They are available on eBay for around £10.
From member cineriv "But firstly, have a look around for a suitable unit with a 12 Volt output @ around 1.5Amp capacity that you could 'borrow' to prove the fault. Suitable units can be found on external hard drives, monitors, printers, routers etc.etc."

Just logged into my Vodafone online account and it displays Pending Activation. It's also throwing up an error when I try to add a user. It's the most frustrating setup I've ever encounted...been at it for days 😞

After a week of calls to Vodafone I'm getting a little closer to solving my issues. The lights on my Sure Signal box are now displaying correctly.
This was resolved with a call to Vodafone and was told the Sure Signal last connected to their network in 2013, so would need re-syncing (?). Something was done by the Vodafone Tech Support Guy and I was then asked to perform a reset of the SS box - hold reset button for 30 seconds and remove the power...then with the reset button still held...plug back in, hold the reset button until the 4 lights flash in sequence.
An hour later the SS was displaying the correct light sequence.
However - I'm still unable to add any users to the Sure Signal via My Vodafone Online Account - receive the following error:-
We're working hard to fix the issue, so please try again later.: 500, 2004 - [2m1]
Feels like I'm close, but still not usable....Vodafone please help!!

@logant – I’m pleased the light sequence is correct now, but I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems adding users.
Please try clearing your cache and cookies and if it still won’t allow you to make the changes, try in another browser instead.

Cache cleared and downloaded a different browser - still the same error and not able to add a user.
What now?
