Sure Signal V1 no 3G signal

Lights 1+2+4 ok but 3G will not work with Iphones x 3. Have tried all the re-set routines , but many previous posts seem to suggest Firmware/ Re-Sync.

Hi there

Please go through the Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread as this may help you to resolve your issue.  It has links to the key things you can do to try and resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Also, as part of your troubleshooting, it may be worth trying a different power supply as a faulty power supply can cause the device to exhibit some odd behaviour.

Many Thanks for response , Sure Signal Trouble shooting describe the problem , however the next step seem to be to ask for "Live Help" but sadly

the link does not work, and i think it probably needs Re-Sync from VF end.

Live help is at the bottom of the page after you have just answered 2 questions confirming your details.

Live help does get very busy at times, just stay on in the queue and you will get answered.
