Sure Signal V1 not working - Lights 1, 2 and 4 are on solid

Hi my sure signal has stopped working.  I've tried the resets etc that are in other posts (hard reset, hard reset with ethernet left out for a while).  I've made no changes recently, and no phones work with it now.  Do I need a re-sync?  I;ve deregistered it and re-registered it. The serial number is 21197106558.

What IP address do i need to ping.  I've seen two, one was not available, and the other worked fine:

84.92.62.99 - times out

208.49.148.40 <50ms

Please help.

Sure Signal now working 🙂   I don't know if someone has done a re-sync (Thanks if thats the case), or the re-register has resolved it.

But it's working!!!!! Hoorah.

I'm glad to see it's sorted out. Doing a re-registration performs the same actions as a re-sync so maybe that was all that was needed.

Hi, My SS has stopped again after a power glitch.  I've done the same steps as before and still no luck.  Any chance of a re-sync?  I've done the de/re register and its been 24 hours with no improvement to the signal.
