Sure Signal V1 not working

Hi

I've had a sure signal v1 for a number of years and recently it has not fuctioned properly. It now seems to have stopped completely. I have tried a factory reset but all that happens is that all 4 green lights come on then the device seems to freeze. It will then revert to one light then go back to 4.

Any ideas?

as these may help to resolve issues. They have links to the key things you can do to try and self resolve the issue you are experiencing.

It may also be worth trying a different power supply with the SureSignal (Version 1 & 2 ), as there have been some reports of replacement power supplies solving the issues.

They are available on eBay for around £10.
