Hi
My sure signal box has stopped working - no phone signal at all. It was fine yesterday but since this morning it has not worked at all.
I have reset the box and have lights 1,2 and 4 on but still no phone signal. I have also turned phone on and off, reset router etc.. still no luck.
This happened about a year ago and it needed updating by Vodafone, perhaps this is needed again?
I have also done the tests you have asked other people - results as follows

I can see that your Sure Signal appears to have connected to our systems last night.
Has the issue now been resolved?
