Sure Signal - V2 - Stopped working

My Sure Signal worked ok with my Linksys router. I have now changed the router to ZyXEL resulting in the Sure Signal not working ie both lights continue to blink.

Have input all ports and firewall settings given by ZyXEL but it still will not work.

My ISP KC cannot help they say they have not been trained on this although they supplied the router.

Have now been over to weeks and have got nowhere.

Any ideas please

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
