Power and first light on.
worked until a couple of weeks ago
tried reset a couple of times.
shows as active on site but i'm unable to add new user or de-register sure signal. error -

We can see that the SIM information on our back end system was incorrect, we’ve re added your number.
Please allow up to 6 hours, after this you’ll need to perform a hard reset on the phone. Depending on what phone you have, please either take out the battery and SIM. If the battery is not removable, hold down the home button whilst the phone is switched on.
To manage your Sure Signal login into My Vodafone. Next to your primary number you’ll see manage, click this which will take you to services and on the left hand side you’ll find your Sure Signal
