Hi,
My Sure Signal V2 stopped working overnight. Steady red power LED but no white signal/ phone lights. I have done a hard reset of the Sure Signal, & rebooted the router, all without success. No white lights at all at any stage. Rear LEDs from router are showing steady yellow and flashing green respectively.
Can anyone please help?
Regards
David

Still waiting for a response...
In the meantime I have:
- changed the power supply
- changed the router
- changed the LAN cable
- tried the unit with another ISP (Virgin) at a friend's house ( I am on BT)
Nothing works!!!!! In each and every case when first powering up the unit, the power light glows steady, the phone and signal light come on but fade after about 5 seconds, never to return.
It isn't the ISP. It isn't the power supply, router, or LAN cable.
Either my SureSignal V2 has gone to the Big Signal in the sky or....its VODAFONE.

Hi @davesim
As you’ve tried this in another location with the same result, it sounds like your Sure Signal’s faulty.
Check out our repairs thread for help with getting this sorted.
Thanks,
Jenny

As the unit is several years old I decided against trying a repair & replaced it with a new V3 Sure Signal. All is now working again. Thanks Jenny.
