I have been a Vodafone customer for 10+ years, and had a sure signal for several years. Its always been a love hate relationship with the Sure Signal to be honest - it has never really worked properly. Now, however it generally works less and less. I work from home in a suburban area and still struggle to get a decent signal. Sure Signal is the only way I can do my job properly as I work from home a lot. I am basically at the end of my tether with this device. Its awful. I have done all the configuration requested, all the port forwarding etc etc. it will work for 30 minutes then reset itself, then stop working all day. So a couple of questions - Does the device need to have a static IP address? - If so this is causing huge problems to my internet connection and not really possible to do it would seem. Secondly is Version 3 remotely better?
