Sure Signal V3 - Flashing Red Light, two solid Orange lights

VSS3 flashing red power light, internet light off, other 2 lights solid orange.

 

Has not worked for several months.

Have tried reseting it.  De-register and re-registering.  Different ethernet cable, different router port.  Router shows it is connected to it and has been assigned an IP via DHCP.

 

Speed test results:

Down 48.24Mbps
Up 7.19Mbps

@leejordan As Virgin Media is your Internet Service Provider (ISP), you’ll need to speak with them for further help and information.

 

@Big-Gee So we can determine where the issue is, please try your Sure Signal in a different location (eg friend or family members house) using a different ISP.

FOUND A SOLUTION & NO MORE PROBLEMS!!  I'm not running round peoples houses trying it, it's only fit for the bin... Biggest piece of cr@p I've ever purchased20151110_164852_HDR.jpg
