Hi,
I have a sure signal V3, model 9361.
It has been working perfectly for a year but suddenly it is not working.
The sure signal dashboard confirms the unit is active.
There are no lights at all.
Power is still running through the device, if you plug it into the mains and then plug something into the plug on the top (eg a laptop) then power is getting through the Sure Signal to the connected device.

Hi there
If you aren't getting a power light on the device, it would indicate to me that it is faulty. Power running through it, isn't any indication that is it is working - the power is designed to flow directly to the plug socket side of it.
How long have you had it? It should be covered by a 24 month warranty, so it may be worth contacting Customer Services to arrange a repair on the device. You can also drop the device off in store to be sent away for a repair.
