Have just purchased Sure Signal V3 but cannot for the life for me get it to work. Have registered it (I beleive successfully) on Vodafone.

The serial number you've provided is showing as invalid when I've tried to look into this for you. Could you please confirm this for me?

I've double checked the serial number and it's not showing on our system.
Do you have a screenshot of the box with the serial number listed at all?

The Sure Signal connectivity issue's now fixed, this will be why it's started working again.
