Sure Signal V3 can't install and set up

Have just purchased Sure Signal V3 but cannot for the life for me get it to work.  Have registered it (I beleive successfully) on Vodafone.

Appreciate your help in getting this technical glitch resolved please ?  Thanks Jon

The serial number you've provided is showing as invalid when I've tried to look into this for you. Could you please confirm this for me?

I've double checked the serial number and it's not showing on our system.

Do you have a screenshot of the box with the serial number listed at all?

It's now suddenly working which is good, but also slightly concerning that you can't see its serial number on your systems. Puzzelled.

The Sure Signal connectivity issue's now fixed, this will be why it's started working again.
