Sure Signal V3 not connecting to phone

Sure signal V3 installed 15th December and worked well until a couple of weeks ago. Since then Intermittent connection to the phone following a reset but phone not connecting at all now.

 

Light Sequence

  1. Solid Red
  2. Solid White
  3. Solid White
  4. Off (previously would go solid white up when phone active)

Thanks for providing us with these details @Robs99. I'm sorry to see you've been experiencing issues connecting your phone with your Sure Signal.

To resolve this, please unplug the Sure Signal for 20 minutes and then plug it back it in. Then wait until the device has reloaded before completing a hard reset of the phone(s) you'd like to connect while in a close range of the device.
