Hi
One of our staff members has a sure signal at home. She uses a Nokia Lumia 930. The sure signa V3 has been working fine since installation. However it has not worked for the last 2 days. She has tried a reset. All the lights are on but she has no phone signal.
She tried to call from home this morning but could not get through.
Any ideas of what she could try?

The results of a traceroute.
Your Sure Signal serial number:
VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
