Hi
My Sure Signal V3 has suddenly stopped working - it doesnt have any blicking lights or any lights on the display. Any ideas?

VSS Traceroute command
On a PC:
Click on Start and select Run
Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
A black box will appear.
In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
Paste the output of this command into your reply.
This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Please ensure that the Smart Setup is disabled in the router settings.
Your ISP can help, if you’re unsure how to do this.
Once done, please try unplugging both your router and Sure Signal for 20 minutes and let us know if this reconnects.

@steffang With there being no power lights connecting this means the device is faulty.
If it’s under one year old, see our repair process if it’s older than this, you’ll need to look at buying a new Vodafone Sure Signal.
