I've just got myself a Sure SIgnal today, and plugged it into my router (Netgear WNDR3700v2) and I'm unable to get a connection through it. I've opened the following ports as I've seen mentioned on different forums:
TCP: 8
TCP: 50
TCP: 123
TCP/UDP: 1723
UDP: 500
UDP: 4500
I have also set the sure signal to have a static IP on my local network.

Currently I have a solid power light, and a flashing internet connection light, and nothing else.
Would really appreciate it if one of the tech guys could have a look into this for me.

Thanks for your reply, I had a quick look on the website last night with the intention of going through it this morning/when I return from work this evening. However when I woke up this morning and took a quick look at my sure signal box it was showing a full internet connection and that it was broadbasting 3G! So I'm not sure what took it so long, but it seems to be working fine now.
