Whilst I'm not aTech, I believe YOU can't it had to be the coustomer, I know this as when I purchased one from eBay, it was not deregesterd, so went through the rigmarole you are now going through. But the SS ended up being a paper weight as there was nothing Vodafone could do. I will be interested to see if this has changed.

Whoever it's registered to needs to be the one to request it be deregistered. Never seen business access so dunno if it's as simple as logging into the company's online account and hitting the big red button, but chances are it'll need whoever owns the numbers they're registered to to call up and request it.

Hi Sicklen,

If your company is the registered account holder of the numbers set up as the Sure Signal "owners", you'll need to speak to your dedicated Business Customer Services team to arrange this.

If the owner numbers are registered to someone else, they'll need to arrange this:

 - If it's a personal number, they can deregister online via My Vodafone

 - If it's a business number, they'll need to contact their dedicated Business Customer Services team.
