Sure Signal dropping out every day since I got it

Hello,

 

I have the SS3, had it for about a month and it drops out everyday. Often I have to switch it on and off again.

 

Can anyone help please?

Is this happening at the same times each day or is it completely random?

 

To be honest it sounds to me as though your internet connection is droppign below the minimum required speed.

Can you run a broadband speed check and post back your results

I think my broadband is plenty fast enough, not sure if that is the issue?

certainly looks fast enough to me.

 

Next thing to do it the the full Sure Signal Troubleshooting thread. It should help pin point where any issue may be

Thanks for providing your Traceroute, everything looks ok. Your IP address is on our whitelist. Your speed test and ping test seem fine.

 

To make sure it's up to date on our network I’ve given the SS a re sync from our end, can factory reset to complete the process?

 

Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.

-Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.

-Once the lights come back on, release the button.

 

The Sure Signal will be back online in around 1 hour.
