I've owned a Sure Signal 3 device for a couple of years, but I'm no longer able to manage it from My Vodafone, having lost my original password (and access to my old email account).
Please could someone from Vodafone get in touch to sort this out? Or does anyone have contact details for the right bit of Vodafone? I've got nowhere so far despite a long chat session with Pay Monthly support.
I can supply my My Vodafone login name, and the serial number of the unit, and the MSISDN of the associated handset.

Well, I can't re-register the device because it says it's already registered. So I think I need help to get it back.
