“I had an issue with my Sure Signal Ver 3. It showed a solid red light and the first two solid white lights but the phone signal was very weak and it did not display the third white light when using the phone. The technical department at Vodafone reset or resynchronised everything from their end and I was asked to wait 20minutes to 6 hours.
It has now been over a day and I now have a flashing red light and two static orange lights. Any advice on what to do next would be welcome.”
