Sure Signal makes phone reception really bad

Hi, I've been using a sure signal at home for the last 2 years and most of the time is has worked fine.  Over the past month or so when I make or receive phone calls I get really bad reception and so the audio cuts in and out.  The other caller can hear me fine.  There is no broadband issue and the speeds and checker are all fine.  I've done a hard reset of the Sure Signal and it's still the same.  When I'm at home my phone shows that I'm getting the full signal as I should do but it just doesn't work anymore.  As soon as I unplug the Sure Signal and walk out side it's all fine but unfortunatey I don't get a Vodafone signal inside my house most of the time so I rely on it.
