Sure Signal need to re register

Hi

I hope you can help.

I need to re register serial number 40112839770, it says it's already registered (which is tru) so must be de registered first.

The problem I have is the member of staff that registered the unit is no longer with us, and as a result cannot de register.

How do I solve this problem?

Hi Oakmark,

Unfortunately the only person who can deregister the Sure Signal is the person who originally registered it as they are classed as the owner.

You will need to ask them to contact us directly so that we can confirm DPA on their account with them and deregister the unit.
