Similar issue to others. I have 4 x SureSignal v3 spread out around our buildings. All show Red Power Indicator + next two white indicators. I add users, they get the text, but none of them allow users to connect. The third white light never illuminates.
Can you resync, push firmware, check last contact from the units please?
Also, we are out in the sticks, far from neighbouring properties. Is there an alternative open unit which does not require mobile numbers to be added/authorised? I have O2 and EE boxes which do this.
