Hi, just moved house and SS box won't power up, no lights at all.  We have no signal cover at all on mobiles.  Help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Thanks for that,

Assuming that you have tried another power outlet socket and the same condition prevails then it is almost certain that your power supply unit has failed.

Without test gear, the only way to confirm this is to replace it.

They are readibly available and cost around £10 or less from sites such as Amazon and Ebay. Just search for 'Sure Signal power supply'.

Version 1 and 2 use the same power supply and requires 12 volt  1.5 Amp supply with a 2.5 mm connector.

Regards.

Mike.

P.S. if you come across a 2 Amp supply, that's even better, but not less than 1.5 Amp.

@davedutch

The light sequence you've advised of usually means there's a fault with the Sure Signal and it will need replacing.

It may be worth while trying to connecting your Sure Signal in another location, such as a friend or family member's house. You’ll need to leave it connected for at least 24 hours.

If this doesn't work, please contact our Live Chat team to discuss arranging a replacement.

Hi @ChazzD,
I have now swapped my sure signal v3 and trying a sure signal v2.  To see if it was the sure signal at fault.
I have supplied the information again below.  Please can you run the same checks for me your end as I still only have a power light on this box as well.

I have registered the new sure signal v2 box serial number etc on the vodafone website.
