Sure Signal not working

I have just plugged my Sure Signal in after it being in the cupboard for approx 16 months due to travelling.

 

I was expecting it to just fire up but alas no! See picture attached the red power LED is flashing & there is a yellow signal strength light lit up. I have checked the lights on the port one is solid & one is flashing.

 

Any ideas?

Hi Jwfwilson,

It could be due to a bar being applied to the Sure signal which can happen if it hasn't been used for a period of time from 3 months onwards..........

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

  1. Click on Start and select Run
  2. Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok
  3. A black box will appear.
  4. In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
  5. Paste the output of this command into your reply.
