Sure Signal not working

I posted this on another thread but as that topic has been solved (and mine most certainly hasn't) I thought I would create a new one.

 

My Sure Signal hasn't been working for a few days now.

 

So have answered the following;

 

The issue you’re experiencing: Sure Signal not working correctly as mobiles registered on the device not getting signal anymore 

 

What light sequence you're seeing: red light on steady, next white light steady, next white light steady, no further lights

May I ask which model of SS your using.

Version 3. It's the end symbol (the phone) that's not illuminated 

@nicohick - We last had contact with your Sure Signal on 15/08/16 at 4.27pm. Are you still having issues or is everything fine now?

 

Charles - nothing is different. I am still not getting a signal. Please can we get to the bottom of this a.s.a.p. as I rely on my mobile for work and this lack of reception is affecting it badly 

@nicohick - As the lights show the Sure Signal is active, please complete a reset.

 

Also, please turn your phone off and on again.

 

Keep us updated.

I've tried that and it hasn't made any difference.

 

Surely the last light (phone symbol) should be lit? Mine isn't! 

@nicohick - The phone symbol will only light up once your phone is connected to it (for example, during a call).

 

Complete the reset and leave it connected for 24 hours.
