Sure Signal stopped working after 18 months or so of continuous use. Sent new one as tech team said old one was broken but I get the same (zero!) service with the new one. Tried to register the device online but the website still does not work (and hasn't worked for weeks for managing Sure Signals). Tried to get tech team to register. Made contact on 4 separate occasions. Each time I am told it's sorted, but it never is. Nobody seems capable of helping me to resolve this and I have reached the point of giving up with it and Vodafone. I don't get a signal and yet if I wan to leave Vodafone, they will cjharge me to leave - even though you are not delivering the service I am paying for. Shocking service!!!

The sure signal maybe defective. It has a 24 month warranty on it and a 30 days returns clause where you could get a new replacement.
I understand your frustration with this in order to achieve a signal. Sadly networks do not guarantee signal where a person resides but instead that they'll provide a service generally.
