@Dom_Hunt I can see your Sure Signal's not updated with our Network for a while. So we can update your service, I've resynchronised it. This can take up to six hours to complete, after this time restart you phones in range of the Sure Signal and your service will restart.

This doesn't appear to have made any difference. Situation as before with red power light on with two solid white lights. Have restarted phone but it does not connect to the Sure Signal. For completeness, I am using a Samsung A5 phone. Thanks.

@Dom_Hunt Sorry to hear of the difficulty you're having connecting to your Vodafone Sure Signal (VSS).
I can see that @Mark has completed a resynchronise so it should be working now.
Please try the following:
1. Unplug the VSS for 20 minutes
2. Plug the VSS back in (Preferably directly into a single socket point).
3. Wait until the VSS has reloaded and then hard reset your phone while in range of the VSS
